Strategic Planning Vision Conference 2026

On October 15, the Wayfinder School community gathered at Pascal Hall in Rockport for our Strategic Planning Vision Conference, an afternoon dedicated to reflecting on our strengths, celebrating our successes, and envisioning the future of our school. Students, alumni, current and former staff, board members, donors, and community partners came together to hear updates from the strategic planning team, share perspectives, and offer their input on emerging strategies for the next five years of Wayfinder.

Facilitated by nonprofit consultant and friend of the school Bob Wright, the gathering created space for meaningful conversation and collaborative idea-sharing. Thank you to everyone who came out to support this important work. We are deeply grateful for your time, your thoughtful contributions, and your commitment to the Wayfinder School. Your voices and perspectives are essential as we continue planning for the future, and we appreciate your partnership in helping our school community continue to thrive!
