Last week we learned that 2015 Wayfinder graduate Ethan Ward was one of the four fishermen aboard the Emmy Rose. Ethan was a big-hearted hard worker, always pitching in to help, and balancing his schoolwork with new fatherhood as he kept his eye on his graduation goals and making a better life for himself and his young family. We are heartbroken.

"When you hear the words 'teen mom' and 'high school drop-out,' what do you think of? Not good things, right? What about when I say, 'businessperson' and 'health information technology associate'?
